How It Begins

Our story began in 2018—a year defined by a profound sense of solidarity for our beloved island in the wake of Hurricane Maria. We are a traditional Puerto Rican family of four, full of energy and positivity, united by a love for sports, a passion for the sea, and an enduring commitment to helping others. In Puerto Rico, it is customary to offer a cup of coffee at any gathering—whether it’s a birthday, Christmas, a wedding, or a casual social visit; simply put, we are a coffee-loving island. It was this cultural upbringing that inspired us to start serving coffee at beach events, specifically at surfing competitions. From there, the rest has been a wonderful adventure—one in which everyone is welcome.

Café Dos Ruedas was founded in 2021 with the mission of introducing our aromatic specialty coffee. We are an espresso bar dedicated to serving the perfect cup, crafted from freshly roasted beans ground to perfection. Located in the heart of Levittown, Toa Baja, PR, our establishment aims to combine high-quality coffee with exceptional customer service. We offer a relaxing atmosphere within a warm setting, rich in culture and charismatic charm. Our menu features appetizing recipes prepared with the finest ingredients, including organic and free-range products. We offer an excellent selection of coffee blends, assorted beverages, croissants, pastries, and a variety of sandwiches—perfect for breakfast and lunch.
